Ok, I am interested in the evolution of Sauli. I was obliviously living in a bleak Adamless world for the beginning of their relationship and am curious if things were the same for those of you who have been there from the start. When I first started investigating him, seeing the Disney pics and some of him following Adam out of restaurants etc. I thought he was nice looking but nothing really special. But, with time he has become stunning. And it's not that he is "done up" now cause obviously this is a natural beauty. Is it just because I am falling in love with him now? What was the fan reaction to him when he first entered the picture? Was he a "heart throb" in Finland? Can't all be that he is in love and more confident--look at those eyes and facial structure! IMHO Sauli has always been gorgeous, I think the photography of him is really much better now. Good cameras ,good photographers,good lighting make all the difference in the world. It's like using an I phone versus a super Canon,etc. I took photos of my daughter who was running for local office with my dinky little camera and then she hired a professional photographer . There was no comparison. |

Re Sauli- I think he is adorable and I'm so happy the two of them are together - but I certainly don't need to see pics, gifs and discussion of Sauli on every page. I do NEED to see pics, gifs and discussion of Adam on every page. And therein lies the difference for me. 8-) I'm sorry, but I agree. Aren't we owed like 45 145 Adam pictures right now? We are getting the most news we've had about Adam in the past year. And it's FANTASTIC!!! Adam Storm has started in incredible force and yet somehow the subject gets getting changed back to Sauli. Look I love the guy, and think he's adorable and LOVE that he and Adam are so happy, but he is Adam's significant other and has nothing to do with his career and why we are here. Sauli has kept us informed and happy and laughing through some long, tough waiting and I adore him for it. I love his blogs and am incredibly grateful for all the hard work Mia and Zinnia put into Sauli Central, but THIS IS THE DEBUT SINGLE PERFORMANCE REVIEWS WE ARE GETTING HERE. And the most detail we've heard about the album we've been waiting a YEAR for. I don't know, I guess I'm mystified ... it happened last night on Twitter. We went from flailing our brains out over that magnificent performance to trending OOFTA in five minutes. Suddenly Adam's STELLAR achievement was overshadowed by random flail and speculation about something private between Adam and Sauli. Sorry, being totally candid here, but I don't get it. |

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't being a hot mess a good thing? It's usually used as a compliment by someone who is stunned by your edgy, hot appearance. I put it in the same category as 'bless your heart' in reference to meaning something other than what the words alone convey. You may be right but I always thought it meant somebody was really awful. My impression is a HOT MESS is a very good thing ;D. I think it was a compliment. Thank you Susie for your recap, I have read it twice. I have watched Adam's performance sooooo many times today, Maui is whining to it in his sleep :D |

Ya know, I guess we all are distracted by what we don't want to hear (or see) at the moment. I was kinda like that last night when I couldn't take anything in other than Adam's performance. But here's what I think. Sauli is part of Adam. It is hard to leave him out of the equation.
ETA And I don't feel my loyalty to Adam is threatened by posting pics of Sauli without proving I love Adam x5....Gawd I am in an obnoxiously high mood today, please excuse.
