I can't quite see the clock but I would assume this is taken at about 11.15 pm that's why so few people in the pic. It could be also 3.15 am but then the sun rises from the right and it doesn't match. Today the sun rose at 4.07 am and sets at 10.42 pm in Helsinki but near these times there is also some light. Actually on a clear day there is no really dark time at all even in between (applies to June-July).
