(I posted this in yesterday's thread first) John Legend's Trailer Talk - Chat and duet with Adam before The Voice performance I found the whole thing on Youtube here www.youtube.com/watch?v=QmzgnOHhaog&t=638s(I also agree with some who didn't like John's part... On first listen John sounded too shouty, especially in the beginning. But listening to them talk, Adam is also more soft-spoken, and it could also be about microphones - how close or far away they are... Anyway, it is not too bad, it is a nice duet, but I am definitely more looking forward to Adam doing this solo. John's voice doesn't do much for me...) Adam knows when less is more with songs like this. He's a belter, but he doesn't have to do it all the time. This performance was stellar! So thrilled to see it climbing up the charts. I'm not a big fan of Legend TBH. Unlike Adam, he doesn't seem to have the "sharing a duet" instinct. But it was beautifully done, nonetheless.
Hoping the album takes off just a strong!

I agree with girldrummer. Legend doesn't know how to share. I love that Adam is so graceful with his duets. I think it might have something to do with his theatre training where it wasn't always about him. The performance was magnificent. When I re-watched it on DVR I got goosebumps. I hadn't know the meaning of the symbolism on the stage when I first saw it. Can't wait for the rest. Wonder where he is these days????

I just heard he passed on the news! So shocked. I didn't hear anything about why/how. I loved him! So sad.

Read a cryptic message on Alisan Porter’s IG, (this one is not sitting well) …so google latest news for Twitch. I truly am saddened. The very animated and Jolly exterior he exhibited gave me such good vibes about him. Loved watching him on SYTYCD him as a dancer etc.etc and seeing him nab the Ellen Show Executive Producer title. Sadly, not all is what it seems…

Sometimes all is not what it seems. People put on a happy face and you never know what's going on inside. Of course, I am going back to Adam, but I am happy he has decided his mental health is important, and is trying to care for himself.
