Well, except for The Voice, I haven't seen any promo for any of these singles or the album in the US. He's not going to be on the radio if no one knows about it. It seems only followers are in the know and then word of mouth. I don't get the lack of promo in the US. Love Holding Out for a Hero. I hope there are more like this. I love Adam's voice in ballads, but I don't think an album of all ballads would be a great idea. Just my opinion.

I love Adam's voice in ballads, but I don't think an album of all ballads would be a great idea. Just my opinion. I think his label would need to push a song to radio if he is to get any radio play. I don't think all the songs on the album are ballads. And I would not want them all to be either. MATB because it is in the documentary and Ordinary World so far. Holding out for a Hero-non ballad. Sex on Fire and several others are non ballads too unless he gives them all the ballad treatment, which I doubt he will do with all of them. But I would love to see Adam get a ballad on the radio because he as never had one nor a rock song on radio. It is a shame that so many others, with less talent (imo), have had some major hits and awards with ballads while everyone is raving about their great voices and emotion. Adam is one of the best emotional ballad singers and rockers out there but mostly only fans get to hear and see any of it. Tho, he has rocked out on tv (Oscars) with QAL and that is a good thing but would love to see him get credit for his own releases from his cover album or otherwise. |

Unfortunately, the production is louder than his voice, once again I have to dig thru that production beat to hear his gorgeous voice ... that wasn't true with the first two singles, I was hoping the rest of the album would be like them ...  I agree that the loud production makes it harder to hear Adam's voice. It is the only Adam song besides Can't Let You Go that I have had to look up the lyrics in order to hear what words he is singing in some parts of the song.
