So happy that Idol gave Adam his chance. Even after the early award show misstep at 27, he rebounded and carried himself with dignity, grace and maturity tho it set him back somewhat. Not only is he a great talent but a wonderful role model for LGBT youth. From the forums he has held or participated in to his foundation, he is taken seriously by the media and industry. I remember the interview with Barbara Walters and she treated him well and respectfully. Adam may not always take himself too seriously but he commands respect. Probably one of the reasons why he has earned his status as a leader and a serious man worthy of attention and admiration without the appearance of trying too hard.

pi, thanks for the hint regarding Adam’s possible NYE gig at the MGM Vegas. Sounds like a pretty solid and much deserved gig 👍
