Wishful thinking that these publications would just let it go. Making it a fight over something that may or may not even happen is rather silly. Of course it is made to look as if Adam wants the part for himself. It is weird how they always try to paint Adam as being envious of someone but never the other way around. Generally the people who are mentioned with these projects never get the parts anyway. I give you Elvis, lol. Harry was said to be perfect for the role until he wasn't. How many people were to play Freddie before Rami was chosen years later? They even kept throwing Adam in the mix when he made it clear he was not interested and looked nothing like Freddie. When someone asks if you would be interested in a role, most of the time you will say yes or interested. But that never means you think you are actually on the radar when they start to cast. But those quotes always resurface as if you are jealous or destroyed because you did not get a role you were never up for. It could be years before there is any George Michael movie and they will probably try to cast someone who at least looks like a young George regardless of sexuality. I hope it is a long time before they cast or make the movie cause I really don't want to hear this crap repeated.
