He may not have won the American Idol title but he walked away from the finals with a much bigger prize - a future with Queen. I saw last fall Kris Allen was doing 3 nights of free 30 minute concerts 3x per night at Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival.

This may be OTT or not...but I try always to use Safari to open atop because there are lot of posts that take forever to load if I use Chrome or Firefox but are fine with Safari. I also avoid microsoft products like the plague. Lately I have had to get MS Office which should not have any bearing on what just happened but....I accidentally opened Adamtopia in Firefox and was overcome with the ads at the bottom of the page that would not go away and eventually filled the page. I just shut FF down and went back to safari and all is good. But wtf...is that what all you non-apple folks deal with all the time??? eek!!

Just nitpicking, but Chrome is a Google product, and Firefox is an open source product that has no ties to Microsoft whatsoever. However I would agree that Apple-developed software is likely the best software for Apple hardware. But that's mostly Apple's "fault". Apple's software on Windows PCs is an even more terrible combination, so it is a good idea to stick to the platform-native products...

The night of the final voting on Idol, they somehow blocked our votes for Adam. I had voted all along and no problem. That night only a couple of my votes would go through. They must have limited or blocked the lines for him. It was entirely different than before.

I've always been either on Firefox, and now on Chrome, and I don't get any ads at all. I would imagine it has to do with how your browser is set up. Hubby is in IT, so he does all my computer settings.

The list of producers for Fairyland is very lengthy. The name the Director wanted to keep on the down low…was Laure Sudreau. So interesting the connection Alysia had with this person/paths crossing in Paris. Both probably around the same age then/ now.
Laure married Bill Rippe ( passed from cancer at a young age) and both worked for Louis-Dreyfus Holdings. As a widow she later bought a 40 million dollar penthouse. The good news is …as bolded below….her passion is to return to the entertainment industry. Yes, a good person to have a connection with for projects.
FYI …googled this Laure Sudreau was born and raised in Paris, where she earned her first law Master’s degree in 1993. She then moved to Los Angeles, working as a foreign law consultant for Dewey Ballantine. She attended Pepperdine University School of Law, earned her second Juris Doctor, and qualified for the California Bar in 1997. Following that, Sudreau focused on entertainment law and production at Fox Kids and Disney ABC/Touchstone Television. In 2002, she relocated to Connecticut to work as a corporate counsel for Louis-Dreyfus, her family business, while raising her two small children.
In 2008, Sudreau deviated from her position as an attorney to focus more of her time on philanthropic endeavors. She was an active board member for the Lung Cancer Research Foundation, in honor of her late husband. In partnership with her alma mater, Pepperdine University, she established the Sudreau Global Justice Program to support initiatives in international human rights and religious freedom, advancement of the rule of law, and global development. Most recently, Sudreau has returned to her roots in the entertainment industry, dedicating time to the growth of her film financing and production company, Ouroboros Entertainment. Ouroboros Entertainment recently premiered its first feature film, GRACE, which was purchased by Showtime.
Killing time….Still hoping to hear and see some of these interviews! 🤞🤞
Along with focusing her energy on the arts, Sudreau is busy raising her two children and cheering on the Trojans!

Oh I know...msword has nothing to do with why I prefer Safari for atop...but...using safari solved a lot of issues regarding the empty posts that seemed so persistent and that many have complained of periodically. I deleted Chrome completely from my desktop but still have it on my laptop...albeit I rarely use it. Chrome had let in a nasty redirect bug [to Bing] and the only way to clean it was to clear Chrome altogether off my computer.

I have Malwarebytes Browser Guard & McAfee WebAdvisor as extentions on my Chrome - takes care of everything.
