The internet and especially twitter is a strange place that requires alertness. My first thought when I saw the Aretha Franklin controversy was how large was TCMA because this story plays so tightly into grievance culture. Here is what I found, their twitter account:
They have 1329 followers and they just hit the media jackpot. It's ridiculous. There is a whole online media culture that will elevate anybody for clicks and the TCMA account pisses everybody off so clicks from anti-woke, anti-trans, pro-woke, pro-trans, right-wingers, left-wingers, just everybody...
If they turn out to be a legitimate group it will come out, but in the meantime please ignore

But keep it in mind because if Tucker Carlson sinks his teeth into it, it won't matter whether it's legit or not. After all, he was instrumental in benching the M&M spokescandies! Oh the horror!!! The good news is now we get Maya Rudolph as the M&M spokes(tbd). The spokescandies get to kick off their 'offending' shoes and watch talent — it's a win/win. |

Adam seems to be in 7th heaven at Sundance. It's wonderful to see him in his element having a ball! I know the AMAs and bias against gays resulting in his coming in 2nd at Idol seem to be the talking points for the media but how about MORE PRAISE for his movie debut? You know that is what the media is going to grab, and probably report out of context for headlines. I wish we could hear the acceptance speech he gave, and more notice on the good reviews he has gotten for his acting. |
