Good morning. Today I called KYKY radio here to request BTIKM and she said that they haven't added it yet and that they are usually one of the last to add a song because they see how it tests out in other areas first. :  Then I called KSLZ 107.7 and she said ok and asked my name. I thanked her and am now listening to this station with lots of bad music so I can hear Adam on the radio!!!! So maybe they are beginning to play it here? I'll beleive it when I hear it! I hope it's not a super long slog for BTIKM. So unfair that he has to scrap just to get radio play while crap gets released and added right away. ITA and I thought King Joe was supposed to be all up on this? Why does it have to be so damn difficult for an excellent, radio-ready song from an incredible artist, backed by a major label, with a proven hit-maker pedigree (Claude, Dr. Luke) to get fucking play while we are tortured with the same damn songs over and over? |

Well, King Joe better be on it. I really don't want to have to wait two months to hear the song on the radio. I think it's going to have to break the top 20 (and maybe top 15) before WTMX in Chicago adds.
I'm not expecting it to fly up the charts, it's not that type of song, but lets hope RCA has given it some kind of foundation to grow on.
