Thanks, Adamrocks. No matter what people try to say positively about the rat, I heard on NPR today that Chinese women arranged to have babies in the Year of the Dragon--estimate 10% more babies this year. One woman said I needed my son born as a dragon, my daughter is a rat. :-/ I'm an Ox and my husband's a Rat. The Chinese "Flood" mythology says that of all the animals fighting to reach ground during the great flood the Ox reached it first....EXCEPT - the rat had been hitching a ride on his back and jumped off just in time to become FIRST instead. Very sneaky those rats!! But survivors and creative! ;D |

I find it kind of funny that we're hanging on every word this Jordan Mehan has to say but he Tweeted a little bit ago that he'd like to buy the Glam Nation Live album but he's broke. Sooo- who exactly is this guy?  THAT'S what I'm thinkin'....he can't come up with 15 bucks for an album even though it's related to his job?? Love his review, and some of his tweets (read his feed, a bit smug about his new popularity with the glamberts)..but I was taken aback by his asking for a "gifting". All these UK reviews are great - but WHEN are we going to get the US reviews?? Is the US media getting a pre-listen?? I think he legit loves the music but with the gifting thing is trying to see what he can get ppl to buy him haaaa. I don't blame him. Besides if he is only a blogger he very well could be broke. London is hella expensive and he ain't Perez Hilton or something. Oh and to anyone who thinks he is a troll...SRSLY?? He basically said EXACTLY the same thing in his article (which has 2 writers names attached to it btw) and that's a pretty big and stupid troll job then seeing as how he is attaching these thoughts to a well known UK music blog. Obvsly his blog has some merit seeing as how it was chosen to review this top sekrit shiz. He may be rolling around in the attention but I truly believe he liked the material so much he can't help himself. If u see his other tweets he isn't afraid to call pop peeps out on their bs. I truly think this dude's heart is in the right place. GUH ARE WE SRSLY GONNA RUIN LIKE THE ONLY SUPER AWESOME THING TODAY?!?!?! SRSLY??? |

Chinese zodiac: can't find the link anymore, but I'm born in the same year as Adam, so I guess I'm a dog, or whatever he is? Don't believe much in astrology, it's the one thing where I totes don't get Adam.
ETA: OMG sorry for being such a downer with my last two posts. I'm gonna go do some work now.
