Fairyland will be screening at Sarasota Film Festival tomorrow. I wonder if any news on the film/Adam’s performance will surface

I wonder if any restrictions are in place. Sundance did not seem to have restrictions other than no phones in the screening. The cast shared their views of Adam and his role preparedness/sunny nature on set. We learned of his attire. He had a small role….still interested in any new information.

I could always see the resemblence in certain light or profile. I know they all laughed it off, but I was not thrilled with Jason's comment about "Vegas" Elvis. That, to me, has a negative vibe to it. Although he was trying to be funny. I bristled at it. A lot of fans think that a Vegas residency is the epitome of stardom - it's when you've really made it and you don't have to hustle because everybody comes to you. I think it's a smaller subset that sees it as the place where if you can't tour stadiums then you go to Vegas as a lounge act. I remember on his very first tour that women at his concert in my town were saying - he doesn't even need to tour, he can go straight to Vegas - like that was winning the lottery, and if you told them we didn't want that for him it was total confusion. Most people don't think beyond the glitz and glamour. |
