Very weird that That's My Jam has changed to Monday? It's been on Tuesdays so far. Odd that a show changes its day. Oh well, I'll be watching whenever it's on. Have it on DVR anyway. It's fun, and Adam will be great. That Starstruck finale judges' performance looks spectacular! I have it on DVR, as well, for the series. But, I don't think it will tape on a different night. Not sure. Does the DVR know to change the day? I am thinking maybe some special on Tuesday night, but my guide doesn't go that far.

This is so odd, my on-screen TV guide (FIOS East Coast, US) shows "to be announced" on 4/10 and still has the show with Adam on Tuedsay the 11th. It doesn't go to the following week, it is too far ahead. Figures the show with Adam would be the one "in flux" Thanks for the update!

Don't want to beat a dead horse, this is relative to a converstion either yesterday or Saturday. Just my opinion regarding Adam's makeup. My first thought is beauty is subjective. What one person likes another one hates. I agree with someone who posted Adam's face is a palette. He has said his makeup is part of his creativity. I also think it is his "performance persona" if you will. He uses the heavy makeup that we see when he is performing (he becomes Adam 2.0). He had cut back over the past 7-8 years and now is back to the heavier after COVID. We see him on interviews where he does not have OTT makeup, where he is not actually performing. He likes to present a performance both visually and vocally. Give the people something to look at (he has said). Let's face it I don't think anyone can hold the attention of an audience like he does, with nothing else around him. He gets the attention, whether you like the way it looks, or not - you are talking about it. So, I think he accomplishes his purpose. Yes, he is gorgeous, no he doesn't need it, but he wants it and likes it. So, he will use it until he doesn't want to. I love both of his "personas" with and without makeup. Some will like it, some won't. I agree with you about Adam's "performance persona" and him using his face as a canvas for creativity lately. I enjoyed that aspect of his artistry very much when I saw him live in Vegas last October, and it not only included his make-up but also his outfits. Now add that voice, a cool backdrop, dancers in parts, and it was a fabulous show especially for Halloween. What may have looked OTT in photos or even videos for some was highly effective on the stage. At least for me. I definitely see the point of stage make-up (as I used it as well decades ago) It looks like Adam is/was more in performance/stage mode when on Starstruck, based on what I saw in one of their latest posts yesterday, and for my personal taste, the adorned eyes were too overdone for an up-close judging gig. I am sure some folks liked it. www.instagram.com/p/CqiN9hZN2V9/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

When Gaga stayed in character, with the OTT makeup and hideous shoes and outfits, no matter what interview or what performance, I viewed her more as a character. It was only after she put her persona aside for interviews and performed without a stage full of dancers, Ott looks and allowed her talent to take center stage, did I start to view her as an artist with substance. I think the industry (outside of pop) was more accepting of her too outside of her character. Even when she sometimes returns to it, it was known that there was more to her. I think artists with great talent have to balance the look at me caricatures (LNX, KISS) that some need to rely on with I have what many others do not, a major vocal gift. We talk about Adam's heavy makeup look (some of us dislike it and others love it) but that is not all that he is. We saw him at the Oscars, The Kennedy Center, Girl Crush, Elvis tribute show, some QAL and some Starstuck shows and other places where his talent takes center stage with edgy and stylish looks. And fans/public love it and no one ran away screaming he would have been better if only he had on more makeup, lol. Imo, it is a good that he is not always wedded to a character and that is why so many diverse opportunities keep coming his way. He is getting them for his talent and charisma and not because he sometimes overdoes the makeup. And I think most of the big coverup outfits were because of his weight gain but he seems to have taken care of that. He presents himself one way just as often as another. And it is okay for fans to prefer one look over the other without pretending that without the heavy OTT makeup it is somehow not the "real" Adam. It is all Adam and my guess is he will continue to change things up and balance the need as he wants. And we will continue to comment respectfully. HA.

I like what Oliver is doing with his hair. A bit more funky in a good way. He looks very cute. The two of them look very sexy together. Looks like things are working out just fine.
