Very pleased to see some performance announcements for Adam. That's My Jam press was delightful cause he was wonderful on that but nice to see something about his upcoming performances. I think Kelly Clarkson is the only other former Idol who performed at this Capital event but that was many years ago when "Stronger" was huge. Kelly released the single Stronger a week before Adam released his first single from Trespassing with the new RCA regime. I remember watching with horror as her first week of radio adds were off the charts (Stronger went to #1) while Adam on the same label only received a measly handful his first week. I had an uneasy feeling about his label support and it went downhill from there. Thankfully, Adam had a few cards to play and did not wait around for the support and is still going strong today in his own way.
