I remember Sheldon from XFactor? He always seemed kind of like an Adam-wannabe. I don't remember his voice as anything spectacular. Has he been able to do anything, or does he just keep going on competition shows? I have to admire him for just keeping on trying. Yep. He or others sometimes try to brand him another Adam Lambert. That happens often. When Ada Vox appeared on Idol as a drag queen (didn't have the votes and only made top 10 because the judges gave her a wildcard spot), an interviewer said Ada reminded him of Conchita Wurst. Ada said no, people compare me to Adam Lambert, lol. I don't think so. They fail to recognize that it was Adam's extraordinary talent, charisma and stage presence (and not just being gay or wearing OTT costumes and makeup) that pushed him into star territory during his Idol run and afterwards. And you don't get there by comparing yourself to him. However, if you name check him as a role model that is fine. |

I don't know the second person either, but this sounds like Adam giving an opportunity to his friend Benedict Cork...kind of reminds me of him giving Allison a spot on his tour early on. |

I really like his songs and his voice. I have his songs on every Spotify song list I create. I often wondered if Adam would ever have him open for him as they have been friends or vg acquaintances. Benedict has been to Adam’s home a couple of times. |
