Oh wow. I just happened to look up Adam on Twitter and saw LOTS of hateful tweets against him. Apparently the official Fox News channel just posted about what he said about drag queens and kids. And now all hell broke loose. Of courseFox News did it in a way that the consersatives are reading bullshit into it and spread all the things that Adam never said. He'll be fine. The typical Fox News consumer isn't going to be listening to his music anyway.
So proud of him for speaking up and speaking out about this bullshit. It's all just a distraction from the real problems in the country that they don't want to address...redirect to a minority (pick one or all of them) and spark outrage so people don't notice you're not doing anything about real problems.
They've been doing it for decades and the Fox News crowd falls for it...every time. So they'll keep doing it.

I knew when I saw that misleading headline yesterday about Adam what the agenda was. There are so many out supporting the drag queens but they have to make him about wanting them to perform for children which he never advocated. When did drag queens performing for children even become such a thing? It didn't. I only just recently heard about the reading to the children but now they have turned that into a whole other thing. I agree with svca. It will not be the first time they went after Adam and he will be fine. |
