I so so loved Adam's performance today. I always get the chills when I hear him sing "Champions." Several of those lines, I think, really apply to him. To see him sing that song at Wembly was just astouding. He rocked Wembley today. Yes, there will never be another Freddie, but there will NEVER be another Adam. To see the audience response was amazing. He can "control" an audience better than anyone. I don't want to hear Freddie was the only one. Amazing, gorgeous, iconic and nice! What a man. Agreed with all of this. Now off to watch some of the clips...we just now got home. I missed the whole thing.

I remember early in his career after Idol when it seemed he’d never break through in the UK. Those days are over!

I thought Adam always had a good following in the UK. He had been interviewed and performed on tv there many times long before Starstruck or QAL. Of course it has grown. But he had nice solo concerts as well as QAL. The only thing missing was he got very little radio play there and I don't think that has ever changed. Even when he had hits with WWFM, IIHY and GT in many European countries, he did not get on radio much in the UK for some reason.
