Do we have members that can deconstruct and predict how all the AI changes and social media battles are going to impact this forum? How should we go forward? Are we going to head back to the old days of all of us looking to 'original sources' rather than on a few twitter mavens such as gelly14 or our pi to collect and post? Dancy? Q3?

It may make more sense to get pro-active if there is a way for us to do that. Should we have a 'small' paywall? I personally do not trust zuckerburg and 'threads' as far as I could throw him! It rather looks like our days of 'free' 'sharing' of info are truly gone. The only thing free now will be AI bots directing us to their owners propaganda. Not that much of our info these last years has been reliable ....sigh...
