Seoulmate I don't know if 100% oxygen is dangerous for your health, but it is dangerous it there is a fire, because a fire needs oxygen and will die if there is no oxygen left, that is the reason why you should shut your windows if there is fire, so that no new oxygen can get into the room. But if the oxygen is 100% in a room, the fire will spread uncontrollable.
