Amen, Nica...I also love that he's been wearing more colors lately. For a while there, it was mostly black. I love the brighter colors.

Adam, dear, can you please keep this look? It would be so damn nice to see you like this more often?   I'm here for the voice and the compassionate intelligent soul and i'm Not even going to pretend to "understand" all of Adams Fashion choices but Just because i don't understand it doesnt make IT any less real or true BUT i do wonder a Bit that for someone who is Keen on looking Young, who self described has a Bit of a Peter Pan issue, Adam Had to be aware that less make Up leaves him with a "fresher" "Younger" face. ...have to agree with previous Posts...the color is rad! đ„ |

Agree nica575. I like Adam with a fresh face or little makeup. He looks so much younger and handsome. And his eyes are so gorgeous and should be front and center and not hidden.
On a different note, Danny Noriega who was on Idol the year before Adam is now transgender. She said her fans would be surprised. I don't think many would be surprised, on Idol she was rather effeminate and very sassy. A lot of attitude and rolling the eyes at Simon. Not very likable, imo. But after Idol, the few times that I saw her she was dressed like a female and seemed to be presenting herself as a woman. So transgender seemed plausible. But the funny thing was there was another contestant on her season and the guy really seemed to have a problem with a contestant being gay. Adam was on a different season but that guy was so mad and jealous of all the buzz about Adam and wondered why Simon praised him and did not dismiss or ridicule him the way he did somewhat with Danny. Duh, while he and Danny were both gay they were two different people and they did not present themselves in the same way. Simon really liked Adam and treated him as a serious and talented artist. That dude was mad that Adam was respected and praised but it said more about him that he wanted Danny or Adam made fun of. He even said in an interview he did not understand all the hype about Adam and was thrilled that Kris won as Adam would only have a career on Broadway. Good thing Adam did not depend on him for career advice. Nothing wrong with having a career on Broadway and maybe that will be in the cards for him one day. But I'm sure the guy was smarting when Adam's first album went #3 on BB200 and his second album was #1. A Grammy nomination and gold and platinum album/singles in the US and abroad. Stopped hearing what he thought of Adam after his success. Adam was the first alum to be invited back to Idol as a mentor and with great fanfare. After his first world tour, he tied with Daughtry in the #2 spot at $6M in earnings, after expenses and before taxes, on the Forbes list of highest earning Idols. And he became the frontman of a little rock band called Queen. Yep, Adam may do Broadway one day but he still has a bigger career than any other male Idols. HA.

I'm amazed how you remember all that stuff, Lurleene...your memory must be a heck of a lot better than mine.
Probably doesn't help that I never watched AI though lol. Sounds like lots of drama throughout the various seasons...way too much drama for me.

I missed all the âdramaâ back then and wasnât even on social media or any fan sites during Adamâs Idol run, in fact I didnât even think about his sexual orientation much. I just enjoyed watching him every week and voting for him occasionally. Once Idol had wrapped, I started googling Adam and down the rabbit hole I went for a bit haha
