Great news about Australian Idol. Adam was really good when he filled in on American Idol. I hope someone will tape and share! I wonder when it will be filmed and when it will air.

Yay!! Great to hear some Adam career news as we wait for QAL N/A and Japan. I was so disappointed when they cancelled Starstruck but this Australian Idol news more than makes up for it. HA. He was a very good judge on Australian XFactor.

Glad that Adam is getting another judging opportunity. I wonder if this is why we haven’t heard anything about QAL doing anything anywhere other than just Japan when they have toured places like Hong Kong, Australia etc…, when they’ve been going to Japan on past tours. Like others said earlier, it seems extremely expensive for them to come over just for Japan. I hope this judging doesn’t leave Brian, Roger, and the others in the lurch. My opinion might be unpopular, but I hope that Adam’s first priority would be QAL, as I really do believe this will be their last tour. I even had a nightmare that QAL did its last part of the tour with a different singer that I had never even heard of. The dream continued when Brian wrote a post hyping up this singer as the best ever. I was so mad at Brian and at Adam that I was nearly in tears! Near the end of the nightmare, things morphed to Brian being chosen to replace a certain judge on one of 45’s upcoming trials. I woke to a CPAP mask that had partly slipped off and was fiercely blowing air into my eyes, causing terrible eye-watering. I guess the lack of oxygen explained the vividness of the dream as well.🤣🥹

Great News about Australian Idol. Would be good to know if there will be some way to view in the US with a VPN or something. I always wonder how long it actually takes to tapes these types of shows. Do they do 5 in a day , or is it really that they need to be there for months. I wish Oliver's paperwork would be done so he could go with Adam. But after realizing he's actually only been in the US for a year, I guess that's awhile away.

I don't think Adam would ever leave Brian and Roger in the lurch. I am sure all scheduling would be worked out. They have too much respect for each other to do that. I had posted earlier, I wonder how long these shows really take to actually complete. Maybe not as long as we think. I am glad to see Adam doing more and more now. We never know when QAL will end and Adam needs to be able to move on when Brian and Roger decide to stop. Roger has said he doesn't want to retire, so who knows when that will be.

I'm sure Adam's judging gig will not interfere with the QAL tour. Those singing competition shows don't take as long as it looks. Some of it is pre-taped. Those judging jobs are very lucrative. Adam will make a good chunk of money. Sounds like another busy year for Adam in 2024.
I'll be at the United Center in Chicago on Oct. 30. Getting very excited!
