2.3.11 BTIKM Video Premiers today!!!

When I woke up this morning, I tried to get a quick watch of the video before I headed off for work, so that I'll have an understanding of what everyone would be talking about. At that first viewing, I have to admit, (don't hate me) that I laughed at the OTT cheesiness of it all, and didn't quite like the video at all.

When I got home and watched it again, I had a completely different reaction to the video. I didn't expect this to happen, but when Light Adam was choking, my eyes started welling up. I have been watching it on repeat and every time around the 1:52 point, where Dark Adam is holding himself, in seemingly torture, I just feel for him, and am overcome with emotion from that point onward.

As I said, after watching the video over and over again, I have a completely different opinion of the video then I first did. I'm in awe of how deep it seems, and how much Adam put into this 3.41min video.

BTIKM is my favorite of all of his singles, and this is my favorite video. I can't wait to buy it.

So very late here - will only catch up if I spend the night.

Re the Queen rumor. I learned yesterday of a meeting I may have to go to (Manchester, UK) on July 11. Wasn't the rumored gig on Juy 6-8? Hmmmmmmmm.....I may have to go early then. Wonder what do I tell the boss about having to leave early.

Someone commented on his long lashes and wondered if he was using Latisse. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Latisse can turn his baby blues dark (not that there is anything wrong with dark eyes)....but he does have naturally long lashes.

Now back to catching up.

Marie, he said he wanted to show us the light and the dark, bare his soul, be real. Adam is and has always been quite dramatic, so I think this video really encapsulates this particular piece if him. He has said in interviews that he has a temper, and I think he is showing us that part of him in a dramatized way of course. Somehow, this video helps me imagine what that night with Sauli in Finland might have been like...

And good god, he looks GOOD. Love is good for him.

Adam Lambert Queen Report Was False, No Tour Set‎





The Internet went crazy Friday with rumors that American Idol’s Adam Lambert was becoming the lead singer for Queen, replacing the iconic Freddie Mercury.


Now Adam has taken to Twitter to confirm the British tabloid Daily Star took his words out of context.


“Oooh them clever reporters takin my quotes outta context…. I haven’t confirmed any guest appearances. I was talking about the EMA’S. ” Adam Lambert tweeted.


But as you might imagine Adam writes, “I’m truly flattered by your jump to such glorious conclusions mr journalist!!”
