Ok, that comment he posted right before kind of gives a key to the video. Equal and opposite reactions. The harder one tries to be good and perfect and always do the right thing the more intensely one seems to self destruct. Think of all the public figures who have set themselves out to be "role-models" or who boast of righteousness and how many times these people end up having some horrible dark skeleton in the closet that eventually is exposed and destroys them. To me the message here is that being the "goody two shoes" is not the way to go. Embracing and owning your own darkness is what ultimately creates a healthy free human being. Both light and dark Adam are prisoners and only by joining together are they then free to explore the world. Very deep and I really should be in bed. YES. And may I just say, there were times in this video when I could legit feel the pain. It kinda hit a little too close to home for me. I can have some pretty dark times, and when dark!Adam was lost and cold and walking around the room hurting, it really took me back to those times. I am kinda getting teary eyed right now. Damn, this has NEVER happened to me with Adam before. I am a stan, but never. But this is kinda deep. lifetraveler, I have had the exact same reaction. And like you, Adam has never made me teary. |

Ray Kay must be thinking about TV Series directing. Or maybe Adam is thinking about TV Series starring. Sure felt like trailer for new TV Series about a new kind of WereWolf or Vampire of His Own Blood or Super Natural Detective. He's part baddest boy, part sweetest guy. All handsome man. And the bad boy hulks out when needed. But the sweetest guy can always pull him back. And the real evil forces keep trying to steal one part. Watching the video I too was thinking this is a great body of work for both Adam and Ray Kay. Exhibits Acting skill, photo opp skill, vocal skill, delivery of a performance/concept skill and on... And Ray Kay did an outstanding job of interpretation and editing and putting the visuals and vocals together. I think this should be up for some type of award - could happen... |

I'm kind of dense when it comes to analyzing the deep meaning of things. So help me out. I still don't get why the oxygen tanks are there. I don't see what they add to the story. Help, anyone?
