Wow, how exciting! Adam is certainly branching out...good for him, and good luck! Owning a restaurant/bar is certainly not an easy undertaking. Wonder if he's just investing, or if he's going to be involved in the running of it at all. Knowing Adam, I would think he would be involved at least in the concept/design part of it. Adam used to hang out with Marsha Molinari, a good friend of Katy Perry, who became a partner in The h.wood Group with a portfolio of luxury bars and restaurants. He was formerly Markus and transitioned to Marsha. I remember Adam's birthday party in 2013 at Bootsy Bellows owned by Markus Molinari and David Arquette (and possibly others) in West Hollywood. Thinking he could probably gets some tips from him but Roger, Sarina and their new partner along with Adam have plenty of experience in restaurants/bars and no doubt have a concept/design already in mind. This is exciting and I wish them the best! |

I agree, Loxie, I have a hard time imagining Adam being hands off lol. Wonder how that opportunity came along...such unexpected news.
