I'm here in Minneapolis/St. Paul, and going to both concerts in St. Paul. SO excited!! My DH is going with me this evening, but I wasn't able to get two seats together. Ticketmaster was so frustrating when I was trying to get tickets when they first went on sale! We're four rows apart in the first lower bowl from the stage on Roger's side, rows 3 and 7. Tomorrow night I'll be at the concert by myself. This time I'm on Brian's side, first lower bowl from the stage, row 3. DH is also going with me to the first Dallas show, so he told me two concerts were enough for him. He is not a Glambert, but does really appreciate Adam, and really enjoys seeing Adam with Queen. In Dallas I was only able to get tickets on the floor (not my favorite) row H to the side of the B stage. After the first Dallas show, I'm also going to the Denver concert, this time by myself again. I bought the Denver ticket before I realized there would be a second Dallas show. Not a great seat in Denver, but Denver sold out so fast (at least on the first day of sales) that I was lucky to get a seat at all.
I feel so very fortunate that I'm able to see QAL four times this time around. I really splurged because I am worried this might be their last US tour. I'm so very fortunate that my DH is so supportive of my craziness! I've looked at all the pictures from the recent concerts, but I've been strong and haven't watched any of the videos. I want my concert experience to be fresh! Not watching the videos has been so very difficult, but I do enjoy the concerts more if I haven't watched the videos ahead of time.
I'll try to write some recaps when I can find the time. From the pictures, it looks like Adam (and Queen) are in fine form, and I can't wait!!!

Eat your heart out Glamberts!! I may be missing QAL but, I just watched FAIRYLAND!!!!! I am on the board, and the screening committee of our local film festival. We show documentaries but we also choose a few Drama's and/or very high-end documentaries at our local Theatre over the year. We tried for Fairyland [at my initiation and urging ] and just heard from the distributor. The film is only distributed in a format we do not have the ability to use, however, the agent sent our procurer a link for a couple of us to watch. I just watched it this morning... IT IS SO GOOD and Adam is really really good...believable...and while his part is very small, he is as good as anyone else in the production! He is such a natural, there is no sense that it is 'acting'...we can be proud. The show really relies on the two main characters. The Eddy character is not on that much...he was good..and very good looking..better then the pictures we saw...the camera likes him. Adam's character came off as important as the Eddy character really..he has one particularly good and pivotal line, very well delivered. Geena Davies is the only other character with real individual narrative importance and she has more lines and appearances than either of the boys... Eddy, and Adam seem more composite representatives of stages of Steve's gay trajectory...and they both deliver. Hope we all get the chance to watch this on the big screen!...though there was something special about sitting in my fave chair, with my morning coffee watching with my kitty...who just loves watching the small screen!!

I wish some would stop trying to shut down QAL and wait until they say it is over. I'm sure they will let us know. Yes it will end one day (maybe soon but who knows ?) but some were trying to end them after their very first tour, lol.

Have you seen the very restrictive bag size for St Paul, 4 x 6 x 1.5 inches!

I wish Fairyland would come out on a streaming service, so we can all enjoy. The story sounds amazing and, of course, I am dying to see Adam. I think he is a very good actor. He has acted on stage (although that is different), Glee and a handful of other shows. If you look at some of the ads he did (ex. alexa and High Drama) you can see, he can definitely act. As for his look, I really liked the look we saw in the still from the movie, loved the full beard on him.He is a very handsome man and no matter what his weight (and I didn't mind his weight) he is just very handsome.

mszue, I am so happy for you! And very jealous! The film looks so good to me. I hope it gets good distribution. As small as his part is, I hope he gets some individual attention when it comes out. And yes, Adam CAN ACT! From what we've seen, he has subtlety and humor and a naturalness about him that is very impressive. And he always looks fabulous.
My QAL show is Monday night in Chicago. Got the jitters already!

Just what the others have said! THRILLED FOR YOU‼️ and yes…eating my heart out. Good on you for pursuing/pushing/ asking and somehow getting that “favour” to view the film. One wonders after the seemingly …initial interest…perhaps being not enough monetary compensation, or distribution not acceptable…if general folk not close to a film festival will ever see it. 😭😭😭 Glad to at least learn you felt proud for him… in the role!
