Sorry that your daughter got sick and that you had to change plans. I was thinking about you while attending the concerts, as I remember how excited you were earlier this year about the trip to SF with your family, though it looks like the decision to go see QAL by yourself was one you don't regret. Too bad to hear about your not so great experience staying in downtown SF. I love the City and it's many beautiful parts and sights, but downtown is the area that I tend to stay away from. I wish I could have suggested different places to you instead. Thanks for the review! It's nice to get feedback from those who saw the same show  |

kryptoman68. Thank you so much for the great read! Adam certainly is very ‘loose’ right now…totally confident and secure in his role and changing things up all the time.(even the lyrics 🤣) Hope your daughter gets another chance to see QAL in the US…but if not, there’s always a plane! You better start saving….

I'm sorry to hear about your daughter getting sick, but am glad you were able to enjoy the concert. I forgot to take my ear plugs unlike you, and experienced that slight distortion in Adam's higher tones that you mentioned. But because I wasn't wearing ear plugs, the crowd sounded extremely loud to me, almost deafening. When I listened to the videos later of the show, it didn't sound as loud, and the distortion in Adam's vocals was gone too. It might have been the crowd around me versus the entire arena. I was surrounded by a lively bunch as sizzling63 will attest. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your trip to SF!

The only thing I would notice if he'd stop singing because he forgot the words, and I don't recall him ever doing that. |
