11.16.23 Adam News and Info

I'm with you all the way. HA. But Adam can't break thru on the charts if nothing is promoted to radio. I'll admit I don't know how it all works or who needs to try. But Phillip Phillips, who is now indie after leaving Interscope and hardly anyone has talked about him in years, had a recent song chart respectfully on HAC and AA. His latest album did not even make the BB200. Daughtry is also indie now and his songs regularly chart pretty high on Rock (he was never on rock radio when he was with RCA). So I'm preparing myself for a lot of club pictures, partying or friends/acquaintances in dresses/drag instead of much related to Adam's music and career. Tho, I really hope his club/restaurant is a success as it was an investment for him and will need promotion. And Adam looks great in the pictures but his friends (tho some enjoy them) for me are no substitute or as interesting as the Adam Lambert solo projects or QAL experience. Still holding out hope tho that he will be able to share some of his music or career related projects while we wait for QAL Japan.

I'm laughing in a good way at the guy who just listened to Feel Something. He's overwhelmed and is in awe but he doesn't even know if Adam "is famous." LOL It's really quite sweet. This guy sure does know a great voice when he hears it, though. Interesting that he feels like the song is song the '90s or early 2000s. Whatever. That song is really beautiful and has a lot of substancc. This guy must have heard Adam sing something before, because he was surprised at this song's quieter sound.

lurleene, I've decided I'm a Jekyll/Hyde person with my blissful hopes and dreams of Adam getting a big hit song. The other half of me knows that this likely won't happen without some radio play, somewhere, somehow. You help me keep my feet on the ground while my head is in the clouds. BTW, I sometimes think Adam's off-stage social life is just as important to him as his music career. Just sayin'.
