I don't know what is happening... Why Adam doesn't eat? He needs no diet :-/ LOL I'm pretty sure he's eating, guys. He looks radiant and healthy. Yes, he's a bit slimmer than in the past, but he's far from gaunt and I'm quite certain he can survive for a couple hours of radio networking without stuffing something into his mouth while cameras are pointed at him. He'll be fine, and probably has a nice supper to look forward to at home. Jeez, I seriously have zero maternal instincts, I guess.    LOL! I must not have maternal instincts either. He looks great. Adam is a big boy, he knows to eat if he is hungry or drink if he needs to! This radio day was a win-win. Adam was able to meet a ton of PDs and DJs in one day. I bet this is why he flew back to LA for two days instead of straight to the East Coast. Smart PR move! |

whew - finally caught up!
whoever said that was like speed dating (durberville?) was right! he had his talking points down, plus he came up with a cute bit about his hair/pot cleaner which he refined as the dates interviews progressed.
he probably never pictured anyone rabidly listening to all the interviews back to back 8-)

The PD for B104 just tweeted "I guess I'll have to dress nice for Adam Lambert". No one commented on my squee about him coming to the station. Guess I'm the only one who cares. :-/ Well I forgive you all cause there's so much going on right now. Putting my RL on hold til further notice. And I LOVE him with less makeup too! I'm excited for ya, BB! Have just been bouncing back and forth clicking links and trying to keep up with everything... Allentown is less than an hour away from me, hmmmm (kidding)....I've entered the NYC radio contests but I doubt I'll win a ticket. They're live streaming the Philly visit though!! COOL BEANS!! :D edit/ Just learned that Adam bought his mom a BMW. Darlin' boy. |

I need a detailed summary of today's pictures and interviews and a itinerary of the upcoming week! I don't even know where to start with it all! |

So many radio interviews today, it's hard to keep up! Adam's working hard to get his album heard and get these radio stations on board with his new single. the man is tryin' to make it works.
Now if only after the interviews, they would add and play the song!
The Lazy song from Bruno Mars got play and sold millions of copies, which I couldn't stand that song, and don't get why people like it, so boring song, surely BTIKM is 100x better should get airplay all over the stations.
I like that he talks more about the album and not just a single cuz one song is not represented the whole album.

I for one personally think that new Kris song VOL is pretty terrible. The whole forced falsetto thing is kring worthy!  Heard the Maison & Dragen remix and I quite like it. We have been sooooo frustrated cos our biggest nationwide top 40 station seems to have pulled BTIKM completely. One NZ fan was in email contact with the music director of the station (The Edge) and she told us this: In our weekly research done on our listeners, it came up at the bottom of the list every test so we couldn't keep playinga song that majority of our audience weren't feeling ...
Some confusion re the survey she's referring to, cos we know at least 2 fans who have done every survey (kind of like rate the music but for NZ radio) and they have NEVER heard BTIKM on the surveys. ??? SO we have been requesting on our other nationwide station, ZM and have had some success with it playing on their evening request show - (only once tho as far as I'm aware) One other station (Classic Hits) has apparently started playing it recently... time will tell how much airplay it gets on that station. SO YES TO RELEASING TRESPASSING AS A SINGLE NOW!!!!!!!!And some promo here in NZ would be awesome too!!! We have had ZERO promotion of any sort :( I know we are a grain of sand in the global music market, but history of FYE era shows how well he can do here BUT he needs promo, as does anyone! [looks pensive] Did this e-mail occur before or after the video was released? Is the video being played in NZ? Just catching up, so no idea if anyone has responded yet - Email was sent about the same time as video release. SonyMusicNZ says that video will go to NZ itunes 20 Feb. No one has seen it on any music TV shows yet - one of the NZ fans contacted a TV music video station asking if they have it and their reply was "We're on the hunt for it!!"so once again SonyMusicNZ has failed imo! Why is it not being sent to music TV? Why is it taking almost 3 weeks to go to itunes??? Yup, we are all rather frustrated atm!!! AND then to hear him say the release date is not locked down when we have party planned on March 24th with peeps already booked flights & accommodation etc..... *Sigh*  Is video on US itunes yet?? |
