Man, all these DJs better play his music after he's been so sweet and accommodating! So, what do we think the secret Queen project is? He already nixed that one festival, but I'm still not convinced that the Olympics aren't happening. That would be my first choice, followed by the Queen's (the British monarch, not the group) Diamond Jubilee celebration. Either of those would get him international attention. The EMAs were absolutely wonderful, but I'm not sure the average person was even aware that they occurred. The Olympics and the Diamond Jubilee would make news. Agree that the DJs better start playing his single. Am really pissed at Virgin Radio Vancouver right now who added the single but give it one spin a day at an ungodly hour. They say they'll spin it more if people request but fans DO request & general public will never hear it at this rate. But just watch the new Madonna single get a gazillion spins a day - not to mention the Adele/Mars ballads grrr. Regarding the Jubilee concert - I'm taking a group to London that week and so am keeping up with all the news. The acts announced so far for this show are "Shirley Bassey, Alfie Boe, Jools Holland, Jessie J, JLS, Elton John, Tom Jones, Lang Lang, Annie Lennox, Madness, Paul McCartney, Cliff Richard and Ed Sheeran. Other names will be announced in due course." Queen may still be announced but there's no chance for any non-UK residents to get a ticket. Tickets will be given free to 10,000 members of the public and ONLY UK residents can apply. The good news is we can all watch a live broadcast. Regarding the Olympic opening ceremonies - Adam has denied that rumour already and I tend to believe him because the acts are generally all British. I think the odds are very slim on this one. However, there is the Cultural Olympics and a concert might happen there. Really hope it gets announced soon though before we all make other plans. |

Yes, WOW. I can't even with these pictures. 3 years and he can still take my breath away. I honestly think this is the best he has ever looked. He radiates contentment right now . I'm so happy for him finding love and his obvious excitement about Tresspassing. Our boy is happy. I'm happy.  |

I liked when one of the interviewers, God knows which one at this point, said something like, "Oh, Paul McCartney, no we don't have time, we're talking to Adam Lambert." Adam mumbled something typically humble, but it was cute. He really does have a way with people . I'm still waiting for the Sauli in NYC for Valentines Day interview..... waiting, waiting. |

Do they continue to play songs voted on during Takeover until the top of the hour? As in spin could still come? They talked about Adam fans voting earlier. |

Wow, head spinning day. MWP, loved your post way back. I won't go into detail because everyone has moved on because OMG he's so beautiful  So no Sonosphere....hmm thought that was a sure bet. Will be fun to try and figure it out. ;D The Album release change might calm our fears and give two songs time to work their way up radio. So I'm feeling pretty zen about that. Though sorry to those of you who have party plans that are now up in the air. Thanks for the New Zealand updates. I sometimes get all conspiracy theorist when it comes to US airplay and it helps to know how the song is doing in countries where Adam isn't controversial and have played him a lot in the past to get a feeling if it's the song itself or other factors affecting sales ect.
