Did anybody here actually watch Moonbase? I don't watch TV, so I didn't see it...doesn't sound like I missed much lol...at least per that review.

Did anybody here actually watch Moonbase? I don't watch TV, so I didn't see it...doesn't sound like I missed much lol...at least per that review. Not much of a comedy person and that was never the type of show I would watch. So I only watched the episodes with Adam and I enjoyed him but maybe because it was him. I was the same way with Glee. Never watched the show until he was on it. Loved his performances. Also, he was the only one I loved in Rocky Horror. I think there is a pattern here. HA. |

I hope the song does well for Vincint...it was nice of Adam to lend his voice in support of his friend. I liked Vincint when he did the competition show (can't remember which one he did lol), and there are a couple of videos of him singing with other people, but I didn't really like the music he put out on his own. Hopefully this will get him noticed. Brian Justin Crum is another one that I really liked on the shows he competed on, but I haven't heard anything from him in quite a while. Loved, loved the songs he did with Matt Bloyd...they're voices are so beautiful together. It's a tough business out there. As we've learned, just having a good or even great voice doesn't seem to magically catapult you into the music stratosphere. From KTLA 5 here in SoCal this morning. Boy, Adam is sure getting the star treatment in the Chinese press! This is great international exposure for him. I'm still fuzzy about what the format of the show actually is, but we'll soon find out. China is a huge market for just about everything.
I watched Moonbase 8 to see Adam, of course. I thought it was pretty dopey, actually, and not super funny. It needs better writing if it's going to every return for another season. I kind of doubt it. Adam was fine in it, but he didn't really have much to do. He can be a lot funnier than the material they gave him in that show.
