I have a theory and I think it is a grand one..
Adam has SO many songs in his repertoire, that the suits at RCA are completely begibbered because Adam is going to make them so much money, they can all go shopping together. RCA is so thrilled by this possibility, that, hell, why make one little ol' CD when you can create a DOUBLE ALBUM!! We get 30 songs (don't forget those bonus babies tucked in the corner)!!
They may have to rename it Trespassing/s or some such. And hopefully they won't have to reshoot the album cover since Adam has aged a tad..snerk..but it will sell like gazillions, it will completely and utterly take over radio. Adam will buy out radio..better yet..
And we will have our cake and eat it too..
