We need to find out what terminal. Then I can send hubby there to see where he's going. And he could introduce himself and say " my wife loves you, can I take a picture? Could you sign my chest so I'll get lucky tonight?" LOLOLOLOL

I've been trying to order a Fault magazine. I have liked them on facebook, but I cannot find the link that they seem to be saying should be there. Does anybody have any tips? Are you using this facebook link? www.facebook.com/FAULTMag?sk=wall&filter=2 Look over on the left under WALL...for "issue 10 special" Click that link and follow instructions. Thanks. It worked!

www.pressparty.com/pg/newsdesk/londonnewsdesk/view/40937/Queen tease BRITs appearance, Adam Lambert spotted at JFKIconic stadium rock band Queen have made an exciting announcement that has set Adam Lambert's fans' tongues wagging. The 'We Will Rock You' superstars, who famously performed with the American Idol hitmaker back in 2011 at the MTV EMAs, took to their official website earlier today (February 17) and hinted that any followers of theirs should tune in to the forthcoming BRIT Awards next week: "Be sure to watch the BRIT Awards next Tuesday on ITV1 at 8pm, you might just recognise a particular guitarist and drummer popping up in the proceedings..." Meanwhile, Lambert has been spotted in the past hour (9pm BST) at New York's JFK airport by user @emilyskibenes who tweeted: "Just casually saw Adam Lambert at JFK" His appearance at the airport has since given way to speculation that suggests he might join Queen in London for a special live show at the BRITs on February 21.

Queen MUST BE headliners on the day they will play. I don't know how much physical strength Brian May and Rodger Taylor have to do something like this. In my opinion IF they will play there, it will be at least for 45 minutes . Which is nothing but AMAZEBALLS. I watched that 1985 Queen Live Aids Concert (YT) and it only lasted for 20 minutes but towards the end I can see Freddie straining (vocally). I wonder how Adam would adjust if he will sing the Queen songs in the same key that it was originally written (like he did with TSMGO and WTC) and if longer than 20 minutes....whew! Although Freddie sometimes lowered the key but with Adam, the Freddie/Queen fans will be comparing him to the studio recording of Freddie.... ;D Bring it on, Adam.... that is IF this is really happening ETA: [snort] Freddie was a baritone. If anything, I'd think Adam may have to raise the key of certain songs. IMO, half the problem with the live versions of FYE is that Adam doesn't have nearly as much power on his lower notes than he does on higher ones. He can hit them, sure (see Aftermath). But he can't belt them. Freddie could. Honestly, to get enough material for a multi-hour Queen concert, I think there'd have to be a significant amount of work between Adam, Brian, and Rodger to make sure that the songs on the playlist "meshed" Adam's capabilities against Freddie's natural range. I think Adam's voice is just as technically versatile as Freddie's was, BUT NOT IN THE SAME PLACES. I honestly worry about a long Queen concert. Not that Adam can't do it. But there *would* need to be a significant amount of rehearsal to make sure it went well, and when the hell is he going to have the time? The first time Adam did a fly-by-the-seat-of-the-pants performance we got the AMA's. Adam usually needs to "break in" songs before they're truly good live. When he doesn't have enough rehearsal, the results have been decidedly mixed. Sometimes we get the EMAs, other times the AMAs. He too-often has trouble remembering lyrics even for his own songs. [snicker] Didn't he have to tape down the words to every single song on the floor for that first NYE concert? Queen fans probably won't put up with that. If this big Queen gig indeed happens, I want it to go well.
