Catz, one thing you must never do is ask your fellow stans or Twitter feed to talk you OUT of doing something to do with fandom – you will get the exact opposite results. But usually that's a good thing.
When I was contemplating going to Vancouver I asked my feed and got a deafening chorus of GOOOOOOOO!!!! And then I realized I couldn't pass up the opportunity. I stayed with the wonderful Melisende, who has been a goddess again today and has totally facilitated it so that I can go this time too.
We were saying on Twitter how Adam has inspired us to just go for it in so many ways and he has. People who rarely travel or haven't traveled in years or never thought they could do something like fly to England (Chunkey!!) are shedding all their rational reasons for NOT going and thinking MAYBE I CAN???
After the year you've had, if anyone deserves this, it's you!!!

Eep, just bought my ticket!!! Was totally on the fence but decided I would regret it if I didn't go. Who needs savings, right?!  So excited to see this concert! Also looking forward to meeting up with Atopians. ;D BTW, Flogging Molly (also playing on Saturday) is a really fun celtic punk group. |

South African station just told that Adam will be on in 2 hours time. (at 8 local).

WUT??? whatyasay... you said, "Me,too"... Does that mean you're going??? I am! I'm soooooooooooooo excited. When I was trying to buy the concert ticket I kept getting declined. I got a call from my credit card company asking me if it was fraud. I guess I live a somewhat dull life ;D at least until Adam is involved! |

It was #1 for quite a while before dropping to the bottom again.. wonder if it will be played.. ??? ETA or was it too soon to try? |

CATZ Hugs to my Kiwi kindred spirit! Hope you hit the button!!! I'm pretty sure that I won't be going over to Europe for any Tour 2 dates...thought I might before this, but doubt it now, but that's OK. I'll be at as many as I can here in the States.
Wonder if Adam fans are the only ones getting the pre-sales. Reckon other performer's fan clubs have access now too? I guess anyone on the fence will need to decide before Thursday.
