Adam Lambert @adamlambert Setting the record straight in about an hour and a half.  Well, everyone is exploding about Sonisphere.... And Adam has NEVER confirmed Sonisphere... in fact, in that one interview when the interviewer brought up the name, Adam was all "huh?" like he'd never heard of it, and he said a definite NO... but then said something about maybe a "festival"... so maybe he's setting the record straight ---> no, not Sonisphere, but here's what I'm actually doing with Queen... awwww... fuck it... he did a happy face, SO I'M GOIN' WITH SONISPHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS GOING UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is the thing. Sonisphere is a moving festival that goes around Europe. Usually (not always) headliners are the same and some bands change from country to country. Knebworth is where Sonisphere festival takes place in the UK. But Knebworth is a place that many concerts take place many many years before even Sonisphere festival existed. So it is very possible that Adam might not know this, and knows that he will play in Knebworth. Maybe that's why he denied about Sonisphere in the MSN UK interview. Just a thought. |

At the beginning of the thread.. but I started my voting on everything, and saw that on Mix 102.9 where you can vote on the top 5 @ 5, BTIKM is no longer listed, but they have WWFM instead.. hmm wonder what's up with that?! ???

I honestly think Adam did not know the festival was called Sonicsphere and thought it was called Knebsworth. rabbitrabbit, I'm with you. Not understanding the angst at all. Every indictaion is that this is the Sonicsphere announcement and that Adam is part of it! How anyone could think that announcements coming at 8:00 UK time by Shoshanna, Sonicsphere, Queen and Aadm could not be related is beyond me! :-/ I can only speak for myself, but up to 30 minutes ago, adam was the one connecting piece that wasn't absolutely in the picture. But adam's recent tweet HAS convinced me that whatever big queen sonisphere thing is happening...it involves Adam. I'm a very cautious fact driven kind of person. But the sum total of all evidence has now convinced me. |

OMG I can hardly stand this!
Thank goodness I have the day off. Otherwise I'd probably kill some poor patient with overenthusiastic injections!! Or, at the very least, burst into "We Are the Champions" while packing a wound . . . .
I haven't been this excited in so long . . . . . .!!! Fuck the zen, fuck the breathe; I wanna shreik!!!!

Well, a watched pot doesn't boil, they say, and almost three hundred of us here alone are the watching this pot. I'm gonna go try and distract myself for awhile and check back in for the big group reaction. I imagine how it might feel for Adam to be the guy Queen asks for to sing with them for certain special occasions. I imagine that must make him feel pretty good.
