V Channel Most Requested Top20 BTIKM#15.Last few day I have more BTIKM on FOXTEL then on the radio.I have been requesting on my local station, I hear 1or2 times a day but I wish they play more.I hope soon they play BTIKM on every radio station in Australia! voted  |

OK, I'm kinda spamming the thread right now and need to stop, get some dinner and go to bed : I've got to be up early in the morning for a hospital appointment - UGH! - my first mammogram since my ~failed one nearly a year ago. Kinda unsettled and a bit skerd right now, even tho I know it will be fine ;D Still can't believe that all happened and what a total blur the last year has been. It was also three years yesterday since my Mum died.... so lots of feelings going on there too. BUT, today I dealt with a long standing problem that I haven't been able to face, attempt or action before - 4 and a half years of filing cohesively, and in a tidy way, of general paperwork/bills etc. Uh Huh! Sounds pathetic I know, but I'm seriously so proud of myself right now \o/\o/\o/ The mist is clearing - fianlly ;D ;D ;D Kinda embarrassed to post this, but I'm sure I am not alone here. In following Adam's fandom these last three years, I have got such a sense of many, many others that have found solace, respite, comfort and a much needed bolt hole when the going gets tough in real life. To the wonderful, beautiful, comforting, strong, supportive, intelligent, compassionate, nurturing, encouraging, helpful, caring peeps that exist throughout this fandom - thank you from the bottom of my heart. You individually and collectively have helped me get through a seriously difficult life phase HEAPS. What an exceptional gift of world wide unity Adam has given us all. Love ya all  *blabbering now - too many wines - need to go*  |

OK, I have a question: Do most people here sign in to post a comment then immediately sign out again? Sometimes I see that someone is briefly online, then a minute later they're offline.... then 5 minutes later they're online again--make a comment-- then "poof"... they're showing as offline again. I mean, if I sign in in the morning, I won't sign out again until I go to bed or something!!! Even if part of the day I'm not even here... : I can only speak for myself on this one, but I often leave my computer going for days on end and never shut it down. Also given the different time zone that I live in, I opted in my personal prefs here to be shown as invisible, which does show up on my posts as being offline. Generally tho I'm not - but in saying that, it does not mean that I'm always here. Often I go to bed leaving Atop on the last page I was on, then get up in the morning, refresh the page - go oh Holy Fuck  there are 20/30 pages to catch up on (if it's been busy in Adamland over night for me). I just like to come and go here within my own time/space bubble without being identified as being 'online'. I also live by myself, so I don't have to worry about logging in or off after each session in case a SO or other family member sees what I've been up to in my obsession *tee hee* When I do shut the computer down, however, and restart the next morning, all I do is hit my Atop bookmark and I am automatically logged in here (also a choice in your prefs). This means that by hitting a bookmark on my Mac toolbar I automatically log in and remain invisible at the same time. Not trying to be sneaky at all, but just like the freedom of entering - or not - when I feel like it #personalchoice lol... *watches the volume of 'invisible' users go up* 8-) |

When I'm at work or at home I'm signed in, even though I'm not in front of my pc. This, though, sometimes gives the impression that someone is in front of the pc while actually they're not but I can't log in and log out all the time. I only say good night when I go to bed and I log out . Also when I'm out either from work or from my house, I log out. It was complicated at me at first, I didn't know actually how this is working, but I understand now that if someone wants to respond to something, he will do it, even if it's hours later. You can't do much better with the different time zones etc and I'm ok with it. |
