I also think the block is unfair. It should be about the contestants getting a helping hand from the best fit and not so much about the coaches blocking and winning. Must say tho, I enjoy this Voice more than the US version. These judges are fun and with personality but not really making it ALL about themselves. The Voice US became so gimmicky that I had to give it up. Blake and Adam Levine were annoying enough with their never ending antics. But when Kelly was added it became unbearable. Attention seeking, me, me, me, please look at me. Ugh. And telling every other male contestant how good looking they were made her seem a bit thirsty, lol. But TV US became so much about how the coaches could upstage the next judge, and the contestants were an afterthought, that it was no longer worth watching, imo. But it worked out great for Kelly (and some of the others too) because she got so many opportunities because she was on the show. Can't say the same about most of the contestants tho. HA.

I agree, I don't watch any of this type of program (no reality really). The Voice Au. is all I am watching. I couldn't tolerate either Adam Levine or Blake. John Legend (although, I enjoy some of his music) was another one I didn't like. It just seems the whole thing (as you said) became about the coaches. All talking about themselves and when singing with the contestants, took over. This show is much more palatable. Only watching because of Adam. He brings it to another level. Also like Guy. I have never heard any of his music, but I may look into it now.

I think I remember checking out Guy's music after he was on Xfactor with Adam, but I couldn't really get into his style of singing.

I guess someone will bring over the (dark) picture, that Oliver just posted in his Instagram story: He’s on a plane - and Pharaoh is with him! So Adam will have his little family with him for this Cabaret stint in New York. I love that! This time the dog isn’t left behind.
edit: Ha, the picture was already posted above, in the same minute , that I had written this post. 😂
