Adam has the perfect personality for all these shenanigans with the judges. They couldn't do this stuff with just anybody. He's a natural showman and improvisor. He has brought the fun element to a whole new level. He is a vocal and artistic and entertainment genius. Period.

I only watched the first 6 episodes of The Voice and I am loving it so far, it's really fun. Excited to see episode 7 just from those little snippets above LOL

The contestant was good but Adam was fantastic. The type of performance, and his ballads, that made me a fan. Makes him stand apart. I will always wonder if he could have made a splash and had a major impact (outside of QAL) by being different from the average talent and not trying to blend in, as he once said MM wanted him to do. Ugh! But after 15 years, I have finally given up on that dream of a rock album instead of pop/dance, lol. Not where his heart is or the type of music he and his crew enjoy. The chemistry of the judges on TV is outstanding and so much fun. Adam has always been a good, fun and interesting judge on any of the shows he has been part of. Very different from the judges on the US version where they were loud and obnoxious and their non stop antics overshadowed everything and made the show unwatchable, imo. HA. Katy was almost as bad on Idol with a lot of unfunny and silly sh** but not as annoying as Kelly, Levine and Blake. But Carrie as her replacement will likely be a complete bore. She has little personality. Even when she mentored on Idol it the past, she seemed more in awe of herself than invested and offering good advice to the contestants, lol. |

I guess it's back to the contestant not being able to pick the coach for me. I really believe Nathalie Colavita would have picked Adam. Of course, we don't know this for a fact. And, the handcuffs were cute, but I still feel badly.
