The immersive experience is great for the audience, but it leaves the performers at risk. Can you imagine coming into contact with so many people every day. Eddie even said in his interview on Fallon he would sometimes take a sip of someone's champagne. Hoping Adam doesn't go that route. Let's face it - When people purchase a ticket, even if sick, they are going. I only hope Adam doesn't have COVID or Flu, that might take a couple of days. So sad and upset for those that will not get to see him. I am keeping my fingers crossed he will be well on the date I have in November.

Oh my goodness, I wonder what happened to Adam? It is not one of his scheduled "off" days!!! I would be so upset if I got tickets to see Adam and somehting happened and he wasn't there. I wonder if it will be shared if he is sick. They had to close down one of the other Broadway show last week or earlier this week. Twitter had them putting a sign on the door. And in the Kelly interview you saw the social distancing he and Kelly kept - no hugs. Last I heard on Covid I think was isolate as long as you have a fever. That was the first thing I noticed when I watched the interview...that he didn't get close to Kelly. Usually Adam's a hugger. Well, if he's sick, hope he feels better quickly. Poor guy. It's probably inevitable that you're going to get sick at some point when you're that close to that many people night after night. I just got the latest booster and my annual flu shot. We're supposed to be going to our niece's wedding the end of October, well over a hundred people. And Covid is alive and well still.

Maybe Kelly had a bug or something. Whatever, I hope Adam will feel better soon! 🤞

I know it sounds weird, but I am somewhat relieved that Adam's absence may be due to COVID or COVID avoidance. I was worried there for a while that this could be a personal issue. At least COVID is something everyone has to deal with. We know Adam had COVID during the pandemic and he was pretty sick. At least now, having COVID doesn't mean you have to quarantine for weeks. If he has it, I hope he recovers quickly and gets back soon (and that his magnificent voice will be back full force.) Wonder if anyone else in the cast has gotten it? Interesting that another theater had to close. Hope this all gets over with, and the show can get back to a long healthy run.
