LOLOL Oh Junie srsly? LMAOO...It's a metal sign..ppl throw up the sign at metal and rock concerts...I think it is supposed to mean the devil...devil horns. I believe it was popularized by metal singer Dio who said it was based on some old Italian sign or something..

(insert creepy kid singing)I wanted to ask someone about this and I forgot. I remembered it just now, because they brought it up. In this article from Just Jared, Lenay is talking that Adam has a new obsession for this show. I was wondering what it is. I've never heard of this show. www.justjared.com/2012/02/16/adam-lambert-co-hosting-mtvs-10-on-top-sneak-peek/“I was shocked when Adam said he loves The Secret Circle, which is one of my favorite shows, too! I’m not sure who was more obsessed with it, but it’s awesome that he admits to loving it!” Lenay shared.ETA And I see I'm already late for work. See you all later. Reihmer COOL AVI!!!! ;D OH this show is awesome!!! I didn't even know he liked it. At 1st I thought "oh great a bunch of teenage witches". I love stuff about vampires/witches, but it's really good!!!!!!!! Yay and today is thursday so it's on tonight, wooohooo!!! (Bonus for anyone who liked Gale Harold in Queer as Folk (brian), he's on the show, that is what made me really want to watch this show, lol) But, I actually really got into it!

Thanks Chunkey. I seriously had no idea and I doubt anyone in Texas would, at least not unless they were a metal head. I think Texans would just figure everyone was giving the Hook 'em Horns sign. For real! ETA: Photo of 100,000 people making this gesture.

As to what makes BTIKM more complex than the typical 4 chord song, several things. First the typical 4 chord song has the same 4 chords played in the same order. For example, in the key of F, those chords are F, C, D minor and Bb. In that order. If you haven't listened to the comedy routine about 4 chord songs, you should. You will be amazed. BTIKM may have 5 chords but, not in a predictable or standard order. The opening line of a song usually has the base chord of the key. So, in the key of Bb, the first chord will be Bb. But in BTIKM, the opening chord of the verse is G minor which then leads to the Bb. The song also switched back and forth from minor chords to major ones. Pretty clever because the harmonies are a combination of light (major) and dark (minor) alternating back and forth. Another unusual thing is that a song usually ends the chorus by resolving back to the root chord in the key. For BTIKM, that would be a Bb. But, the BTIKM ends with an Eb chord. ??? No resolution. Okay, too much information (and I have just touched the surface). In summary, BTIKM does not follow the formula. One reason I like it, but it might make others vaguely uncomfortable. Thanks so much, Cassie. Really good pointers. Yes, I had seen this video and a few similar ones on the net and actually commented about them here. But your thoughts on the sequencing and these open/ unusual beginnings and endings in the context of BTIKM's meaning are really insightful. Need to think about this some more. Thanks a lot To others, who maybe less musical theory inclined. All English literature is ultimately a permutation of the same 26 letters. Obviously, does not mean anything. In this same spirit, in music there is quite a lot you can do with 4 chords. While some songs with 4 chords are total rubbish, others are pieces of art. It's just is not a very meaningful qualifier in and of its own. But Cassie's point that in the above video, the same sequence is what makes this parody work. Good point.

Posted by CraazyforAdam: I have learned the hard way that if I fly to a country that is not one of my usual stomping grounds, I place a call to the bank prior to departure and let them know. Works like a charm. Prior to doing that, I have encountered a few incidences where the bank tried to follow up with me, did not reach me and started blocking the transactions. Unnecessary hassle - easily prevented with a phone call.
Added by me:
Anytime you will be using your debit or credit card out of your normal shopping patterns you should call the bank. Call customer service and tell them you will be traveling out of state and they will notate your card. The act of blocking your card in order to stop fraud is a normal operating procedure for all banks. Put it on your check list of things to do before you leave for England. Credit card fraud is HUGE and can happen in a matter of minutes of someone scanning your card from a parking lot.

Just throwing this out for discussion. What are the chances Adam will be included when Queen do these warm up gigs in Moscow? I mean it makes Adam would need the practice too right? Could this mean a return to Maxidrome?
