I just caught the end of VH1 Big Morning Buzz and they played BTIKM at the end as they talked and the video as it ended. It was a new episode not the one he where he was interviewed. I'm so excited for everyone going this summer. It so cool that so many get to go. It will be fun for all of us. I was thinking last night that I can't believe how much insanely great music we'll have. The Queen set and Trespassing. I can't wait!

Posted by CraazyforAdam: I have learned the hard way that if I fly to a country that is not one of my usual stomping grounds, I place a call to the bank prior to departure and let them know. Works like a charm. Prior to doing that, I have encountered a few incidences where the bank tried to follow up with me, did not reach me and started blocking the transactions. Unnecessary hassle - easily prevented with a phone call. Added by me: Anytime you will be using your debit or credit card out of your normal shopping patterns you should call the bank. Call customer service and tell them you will be traveling out of state and they will notate your card. The act of blocking your card in order to stop fraud is a normal operating procedure for all banks. Put it on your check list of things to do before you leave for England. Credit card fraud is HUGE and can happen in a matter of minutes of someone scanning your card from a parking lot. True words. I've had TWO unfortunate CC experiences in the last 3 years. In 2009 on the first day of the trip I had my wallet stolen in Budapest with BOTH my cc & debit card. So I had NO MONEY for the entire trip. Last year I lost my CC in Switzerland. Still had my debit card so worked out ok. Of course in both instances I had to call & block my cards. Inconvenient but not a huge hassle. I was really embarrassed the 2nd time this happened. :-[ Hoping to avoid a third time this year.

I have to say, right now, that I LOVE Sauli's family!! Thank you, Mia and Zinnia for the translation of this very long article!! NOT a thing we should be proud of but when a stereotypical Finnish male takes a drink it is never as few as one or two or three... Some even consider it as a sport: how many can you take before passing out - they have competitions with friends and act like idiots. That's Finland for you. Well all cultures have things they are embarrassed of... for me it is right wing conservatives and rednecks. I joke about the second, but not about the first.

I'm still learning my way around but I ditto the comment above about letting your CC company & bank know you are going abroad. I've forgotten to let them know a couple of times and each time they blocked my card. They wouldn't even let the first transaction go through and in both cases there was a huge time zone difference which made it difficult to get anyone.

Didnt hear back and gotta run- bottom of page 12 of members only thread needs some mod attention Just got online. Checking now.... [puts on mod hat] Ok guys - just a reminder: Even though ATOP has a "members only" area, a *lot* of people can go through there. Its not really secure. Ergo, please keep Personally Identifiable Information (PII) off the common threads. This includes your RL names, your addresses, your phone numbers, and your spouses/family member names. After a batch of discussion between the mods and Q3, a consensus was reached this morning that since we can't really make any highly active part of ATOP truly secure, even with by-request passwords, we're not going to inact them. PF had issues with the passwords getting out to people past those intended. Ergo, if you want to meet up, and are willing to give out your personal info to do so, please PM among yourselves for information. There are methods for streamlining on the meetup thread. Thanks -HSM
