I wish Adam would tweet another reminder. If only 10,000 of his 1.35 million followers would donate $5, the goal would be met. We doing another Twitter push for Jan 29th?? Need a slogan - "Make use of your extra day! Buy clean water instead of coffee! $5 makes all the difference! <link>"Or sumthin'. Can someone try to create something similar but 'catchier'? Yes, I definitely think we should do another push on Leap Day. I especially like the "Make use of your extra day!" part of your slogan. Everyone could add their own spin to it. I always like to say "Everyone deserves clean water" because to me that sums up why we're doing this. In addition to sending tweets to our own followers, we should all gently remind Adam to tweet, or at least tell him what we're doing and hope he'll follow through. Just one tweet from him is worth thousands from us. I'm thinking I'll tweet Dadbert and let him know what we're doing, and maybe he'd let Adam know. I think there's a better chance that Eber would see a tweet from one of us than Adam would. Can anyone come up with a good hashtag that we could all include in an attempt to trend it? |

Hello all you lovely people of Adamtopia, hope I am still welcome around here! The completely epic news of Adam's concert with Queen, has brought me out of hiding, and wanted to say that I have booked my ticket, flight, lodging, and vehicle. Would not miss this for anything! Hope to run into a few friendly faces while I am there!  So glad to see you back and so excited to hear you are also going to be seeing Adam and Queen! Lucky!!!! |

I remember elephant pants! Problem was that I'm really really short and by the time I cut a foot off to hem them, they were straight legs. haha....that was my problem too sugaree : ;D ;D I've never ever understood why they make the smallest sizes as long as the big sizes of everything. Sleeves too. I buy things that are 3/4 sleeves, so they are long sleeve. Otherwise I've got these bug bulky rolled up cuffs. Don't ya think someone would look pretty anorexic and scary if they were 6 feet tall and wore a size 2. I was trying to find Levi's 501 jeans a while back. Called Levi's. They don't make them in small sizes anymore. 30" waist is the smallest. I'm like - but but, I need a 26". I had to buy from the women's line and they go like "size 2 to 4". Bought two pairs and spent another $50 to have them taken in and hemmed. Sucks! Okay, tie in to Adam - he likes clothes.  |

Y'all I haven't gone through the thread yet. But, I was thinking that Adamtopians should have a theme for Sonisphere so we recognize each other. Like we all wear a Tiara. (Queen : ) Hahaha ;D ;D That's a great idea! Cheeky, too..love it 8-) |
