Alright OT, and probably totally inappropriate..but. Watching old Queen/Freddie videos. This is um...yeah, but do Freddie ever wear underwear? Well I guess with their tight pants there's going to be some similarities between Freddie and Adam, when Adam performs ;D I am soooo curious what Adam will wear now that he said he wants something special. What will it beeeee????? I will borrow a word from the definition of flamboyant..... Whatever he wears, I'm sure he will be RESPLENDENT!

What will it beeeee????? I don't really know, as long as he has tight, tight leather pants, and a top short enough that his front and back is "exposed" since he's always covering one up or the other. Sorry, feeling pervy at the moment :

I'd like Queen + Adam to perform "Don't Stop Me Now" at Sonisphere. I think the lyrics are perfect for Adam, especially for the occasion (and I think he could have a good time singing the song, too). I LOVE this performance and I love the song. I hope Adam gets to sing this.

I don't think ENews or Access Hollywood have said anything about Adam performaning with Queen. I really thought they would because Queen coming back to do a big concert like this is BIG news!
It's their loss.

It's gonna be VERY interesting to see, what the set list for Sonisphere is going to be and who sings what. (One of my many SNOL questions for Adam is related to this...) Here's one rock set that I would think would go over well. I'm expecting the whole set to consist of 15-20 tracks; some will surely be performed as a medley. Musts: The Show Must Go On Radio GaGa Seven Seas of Rhye Hammer to Fall Under Preassure We Will Rock You We Are the Champions Likely, at least some of these: Keep Yourself Alive Tie Your Mother Down Save Me I'm in Love with My Car (Roger in vocals) Now I'm Here I Want it All One Vision Don't Stop Me Now Bohemian Rhapsody Would love to have at least 1-2 of these... One Year of Love Somebody to Love Who Wants to Live Forever Love of My Life These Are the Days of Our Lives (Bri on vocals?) Optional; for the rock/metal audience. All of these may not be well known for general public, but maybe the festival audience would appreciate? Brighton Rock (Guitar solo) Dragon Attack Father to Son White Queen The Prophet's Song Stone Cold Crazy ETA: Justin Hawkins Rocks! That is a whole lotta lyrics to get right! I'm not suggesting that ALL of these will be included... LOL; Adam will NOT sing all of them... and I think he already knows the lyrics to the "Greatest Hits". ;D Brian mentioned in an interview that he and Roger will do some of the vocals and that they may have some guest vocalists as well, in addition to Adam. We shall see.

Alright, I have a stupid idea. I think this will be genius, (or maybe not, but want anyway) for Adam to appear on Idol, promoting his own music, and then later on in the result show, he can sing with Queen to promote the Sonisphere? What you all think? Stupid? To Idolcentric? no.. no.. they need to perform on the finale.. Queen's to big to perform on the regular result show... but that's just MHO ;D .. so He's singing trespassing and then at the end of the song, you will hear Brian's guitar just like and then Brian & Roger showes up.. just like 2009 minus Kris... ;D ;D ;D ;D

OT apparently but can someone tell me if there's any point in voting at VH1 for BTIKM - I thought I read here recently that the video was being pulled (which truly broke my heart) but since VH1 still allowed me to vote for it, I have been. But would be grateful if someone could let me know if there's any chance it will be in Top 20. Please and thank you.
Also am on board for the Leap Day push for Charity Water though I'm increasingly wondering why fandom isn't supporting Adam in this. It is one of the few shows of support we actually control but only about a 1,000 people out of Adam's fandom have donated (taking into account a number of people have donated more than once.)
I know I'm preaching to the choir here at Atop; I'm just out of ideas for motivating greater fandom. I hesitate to do math but I think at this point there would need to be well over a $1,000 day in donations to meet the goal by the time it closes. Ah well I guess.

Justin Hawkins @justinhawkinsIt takes immense courage to step up and front the world's greatest band. @adamlambert will nail it, there's nobody better suited to the task Okay, I may have to listen/buy his next album! I may have to jump on the Lindsey Parker bandwagon about Justin now, lol.
