After listening AGAIN to the 1:35 silverware/giggle, sounds like more than one person and sounds like a girl there, too. It's Saturday night, bet they have company. My money's on Danielle since she and Sauli seem to be a very mischievious pair. Was this a LIVE thing? I thought it was recorded. Yes, it was recorded. Definitely not live. But I agree that it sounds like more than one person laughing.

Catching up late... They gave away the last of the M&G tickets for Mix100 today (unfortunately I've tuned in at the end of the giveaways so no meet for me ) and I've yet to hear what time on Thursday. Awwww, so sorry for you! Maybe you will find out the time and you can go to the studio?

I think you are probably right. She could have said, "Why is it someone like you is completely out of the reach of someone like me ," but that would be even more of a fantasy kill. I hear girls make that lament all the time about hot gay guys they are attracted to who are not available to them. I agree that the girl meant it as a compliment that he was so attractive and HAWT. I am sure that Adam knew that too. However, that doesn't mean it does not rankle. It is the same as when a person says, "Some of my best friends are Jewish." The implication is that, altho' being Jewish is viewed as undesirable, the speaker does not discriminate. "Why do you have to be gay? All the good looking guys are gay. What a waste!" I have had more than one friend tell me those statements, albeit meant to be complimentary, are slightly offensive. J/S. I agree and feel that Adam clearly wanted to educate people about this kind of expression and how it goes over, which he did, but I still don't believe that these kind of statements, (especially without the "What a waste" part) are always equal to the "Some of my best friends are Jewish" statements. "Why do you have to be (insert race/religion); all the good looking guys are (insert race/religion) would imply the speaker, although attracted to said person of (insert race/religion) would not want to date him, while in the other case, the words could be spoken by someone who would love to be with a particular person she finds attractive, but who can't be, because that particular does not want to be with her. But I do agree there are better ways to express that regret for those people, and that many people bandy the phrase about in a more offensive way.

Is it just me that thinks Adam looks softer, sweeter, and more beautiful since he has been in love with Sauli. He has always been beautiful to me but since Sauli, he just glows and is so translucent and sweet and kinda gushy. He seems calm and serene. Am I just imaging these things, or is it real? Anybody else see what I see? Irish I've been thinking the exact same thing for awhile now. Adam has this quiet confidence & contentment that I haven't seen before. He's an entertainer & he needs the audience validation that comes with performing, but he's never had the personal validation that he gets with Sauli. Knowing that you have millions of fans is one thing, but knowing that one special person loves you & will stick by you no matter what is an entirely different thing. I think he's found the personal happiness that he has always been looking for. And that makes me very very happy!

I watched the 2 hour Queen documentary tonight, followed by AFL's Q&A. The three guys (Brian, Rodger, AFL) seemed so accessible and genuine. I feel like I've spent the evening chatting with them in my living room. Thanks to everyone who posted these vids!

Q3 - I'm glad you're back. It was way too quiet in here without you.
