Gonna disagree on "the sooner the better." BTIKM needs a few more weeks to make Top 20 on HAC and Top 40 on, well, Top 40! Otherwise, it will be labeled as a flop. I think they've got until mid March to work on this. And it is looking good, right now. Yes.. and BTIKM is an international release and looks like the song does better internationally than in the US. I don't think Sony will switch to a new single when it just started climbing up in other countries. If Sony's suddenly releasing a new single would that be confusing for these radios? It will make sense if they release a new single right before the album release which probably first or 2nd week of April. |
