I'm really, really impressed with the charity water donations and the effort so many of you are putting into this. Kudos to all involved. I pledged to donate $100 for twin bro's birthday and match $100 for my birthday but our birthday isn't until tomorrow so I plan to wait until tomorrow to make the actual donations. It just really means something to me to do on our birthday.  |

I've been sending out tweets re charity water. This time around I sent them to everyone I follow -- even Cheeks! Did the same this a.m. and then again around noon. Unfortunately, the only retweet I saw came in from LambritsUK. They're always good about retweeting. Yes, they are. I was in awe to notice that @ninagarcia had RT my Leap Day Challenge tweet to her; she's got a LOT of followers, over 366.000!  YAY NINA! She is such a fan. |

Just got back. There is no 'MATCHED' on Momtomany's donation but I saw earlier today that she did her matching already. I'll wait till someone lets me know I should do my matching donation because I'm a little confused still when to do it. I added a "matched" by momtomany's name on the google spreadsheet, and took away Hopper's "matched" because it sounded from her post like she hadn't donated it yet and was waiting until she could get home to a secure connection. Thanks for the reminder. Despite these discrepancies, we're more or less going in order down the list on the spreadsheet. That means that you, adamrocks, donate 22nd, after lynne--it'll probably be a while still til you're up--there are still eight other matchers ahead of you. I'll be in and out this evening, but I'll give you the heads up if i'm on around the right time (but don't count on it). But IMO if you're not around at the exact time, don't worry about it, just donate your match anyway and clearly label it as a match in the charity:water comments and then mark yourself down as "matched" on the spreadsheet. We don't need to be too exact about this. I don't know that I'm gonna be on at exactly the right time to match tonight, either. So no worries, at least that's what I think. ETA: awww, poor lynne, feel better soon, lady, and take it easy. And don't worry too much about the match-timing, IMO (see above). If I'm on around the right time I'll give you a heads up, but I may not be (dinner, etc). |

Marie--I saw that the other day, got it sent to me. I actually posted that on my site. I think it is funny and totally true. Everyone needs to chill. They are both good, and neither can replace each other, and fans need to stop trying to compare and claim either is "the best" and just enjoy.
