Couldn't she get in trouble for using these photos? Fault isn't out yet. Is this really an e-zine that she is going to distribute? What's this bedlam fanzine all about ??? Never heard of it ??? ETA: Now I see! I think it's not a good idea to distribute whatever before the Fault is out whether they make money or not. Fault has done all these hard work.

I would like to report that I am personally responsible for a spin today. (It is all about me ;D) I sent an email to a program director, said I was a fairly new listener, and could they play BTIKM. She emailed right back that they would work it in--and they did. Right in mid-day instead of 4:00 a.m. She was very nice and traded a couple short emails with me. Then they played WWFM shortly afterward. I was stunned. Wow... Luv it!!!! I'm gonna try something like this with Y100 Miami/Ft Myers. Missing AFL in South Florida >:(

I mean these pics are all over now and Fault put them out there. Fair use? IDK, I don't see a problem so much as there is no money being made off copy righted material and they aren't being claimed as your own....but idk the legalities It's a prototype. It's no different then us posting them here or anyone posting on any website; they're just arranged differently. No one is making any money off of it. However, people DO make money off Examiner articles and that's fair use. ETA: BTW, every single online article that posted those photos today likely did not have permission, nor did they pay a dime for them, yet they sold advertising on their sites and profited from the clicks generated. FAULT knows it's all publicity for their magazine and the more people who know about it, the more people who will know of their product than might otherwise never know an elite fashion magazine from UK and L.A. From what I gather, the creators of Bedlam have it conceived as a fan-to-fan product that really is no different then Chunkey's site or any website, really. We could theoretically create something similar if we were to arrange all our posts into a cohesive, creative narrative.

Susie, In that Bedlam emag, Why do the lyrics say "Acclimatize" instead of "Glamorize?" That's one of Adam's hottest songs.

IDK, I wasn't sure if that was an inside joke from his old MySpace days, which I never really followed (kind of always made me feel weird). I can ask. I just figured it was a joke that I was missing. (My initial reaction was that it was one of his first drafts of "Glamorize," which I didn't know about.)
