Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I don't have time to go back in the thread right now, but didn't somebody say that a big chunk of the "close-up" tickets have already sold out? Was it the VIP tickets @ $1000/each?? ??? Well, I guess if you think about it, there are lots of peeps who are literally paying "thousands" to fly all the way to Sonisphere, because they're paying airfare, VIP tickets, hotels, meals, sightseeing, etc etc. If you lived in the Moscow area and had no other expenses, it would actually be CHEAPER to buy a ticket for $1000. (but I'd never pay $1000 for a ticket for any reason... LOL)Yeah, that's where I'm at. I'll pay, maybe $200 tops for a ticket, but wow. Like you said though, especially with all the other expenses that comes into it, that's a lot of money. But for a once in a life time event, and if you get a lot of incentives with it, and if you really, Really, REALLY love Queen and/or Adam and you live close by, I guess It wouldn't be that bad. lol Someone earlier today said it's guaranteed front row. If this concert were in the US, I would pay that for guaranteed front row of Queen + Adam.

When it disappears suddenly like that, does that mean the song will be played next?

I'm late jumping in here regarding Kidd Kraddick's Finnish language silliness. That didn't bother me because I grew up in a heavily Scandinavian part of the U.S., and we ALL "spoke" fake Norske just like Kidd K did. Still do it. It's a way of teasing ourselves--right along with "uffda" (or oofta) and in line with Garrison Keillor's radio show "Prairie Home Companion." Old-time Scandinavian Americans have this real sing-songy accent that is adorable. I actually thought it was funny that Kidd K knew how to do it. I guess I'm Ms. Insensitive on this point. Ya - you betcha! And the Swedes and Norwegians go at each other - in a good natured way. And speaking of silliness, am sure you heard lots of Ole and Lena jokes and lots of Sven and Ole jokes. There are a zillion on line... ;D ETA: Totally OT and totally silly: www.surfminnesota.net/olelena.htmlOle and Lena--yes. Not up on Sven and Ole jokes, though. ;D

When Misha called to tell me she scored tickets to the Star94 promo, I let out a loud squee. My DH who was in the garage talking to an auto mechanic, ran inside and knew exactly what happened as he has also been diligently calling for tickets. He is so happy for me! Still cannot believe it. A million thanks to you Misha. I will continue to call and maybe score tickets for others. Misha received an email from the station which stated that no cameras will be allowed and Adam will not be signing autographs! WUT???? >:( >:( And I was planning to bring my banner for him to sign. Oh well, I count my blessings and this is HUGE! I hope I remember to breathe and take in every detail (doubt it). ;D ;D
