Silver would be good. One thing I noticed while watching the Queen documentary was that when the band is so far away, it really helps to wear light colors. The white outfits really made Freddie stand out. I was hoping that Adam would not chose black for that reason.

Yes! I hope the mods do. I was wondering why fandom was overlooking this as he got a spin on this a few weeks ago. I emailed but need to get my answers worked out ahead of time for the phone message, you need to know your local station they broadcast from, for example.
Almost OT, but re twitter I find that the people who are most critical of those not sufficiently pretty, fashionable, and/or young are rarely any of the above - by their own measure. Self-loathing is a powerful toxin.
ITA with that, and would add that often people are unaware how self-loathing and other-critical they are. :-[ (and I of course include myself in that) ??? THANK YOU everyone who posted the amazing photos of the last few days

Just watched the EMA performance again. Blows me away every time. What better tribute could Queen fans wish for? Their music is iconic. Freddie poured his heart and soul into the music, and, ultimately damaged his voice giving his fans his all. Still, he kept performing, kept creating music, no matter how sick he became, and his ultimate song was "The Show Must Go On!" Wouldn't this be Freddie's fondest wish? That his music would live on to ignite excitement not only in his oldest fans, but also in future generations? That someone would assume the mantle and sing those songs with the power and passion he once did at his prime? That someone who had been captivated and entranced with his music and his performance, an outsider who had been encouraged and comforted by his performances, who stood in front of the mirror pretending to be a rock star like him, would, one day in the future, stand on the global stage with his band mates and make his music once again come alive? What better tribute and homage could be paid to his legacy? He wouldn't want his body of work enshrined in a mausoleum somewhere, never to be heard and seen live again. If Freddie is somewhere looking down on this earth, I think he would get a kick out of seeing a kid he inspired sing the hell out of his songs. It's all win! Aww... cassie... I think Queen & Adam's journey are almost similar. They love music and want to give everything to music and to fans that supported them ... mmm.. but Freddie didn't wrote The Show Must Go On, Brian wrote that song. Talking about song, one Queen fan on their forum put "Times for Miracle" as one of the song in his dream set list.. LOL.. since Brian gushing so much about Adam when Cavallo played it for him .. so.. maybe.. hopefully...

They also tried to collaborate with younger artists then such as George Michael but just as Michael did, they want to pursue their career as a solo artists and not as a Queen frontman/replacement for Freddie. George Michael already has a huge name when he sang "Somebody To Love" on that Queen tribute concert, so Queen never pursue him for frontmant. George was there only as a guest singer. Yes, I think that's the reason why Brian & Roger waited few years until Adam establishes his own career and has his own name/brand. Even now Adam already has his own name, but some rock fans still thinking of him as a karaoke singer, just because he's on AI.
