This is REALLY nice interview (compared to KK). Adam is at his best here ...... makes my day.  I have to say I didn't find that loud, braying woman amusing at all. Several times I was straining to hear Adam over her constant idiotic dialogue. Note for promos - Adam is the focus and he's actually smart & funny - please restrain any attn seeking until at least the cameras/audio are off and then, if necessary, annoy poor Adam during the photo op. Sorry, I don't agree. This was a fan-made video. It was NOT professionally done and for all we know the woman had no idea the camera person was there, or possibly right behind her. Adam was interacting with and attempting to engage the audience. Were they supposed to not react? To stare at him stone-faced and perhaps indicate, "Shhh, she's taping." I cannot think of anything that is likely to get a bigger eye-roll from Adam, "What? That person is recording this, so all of you are now sublimating this experience you worked so hard to win? Ookay." I've been reading posts on twitter all morning (that have been going on for days) that really have me bummed out. So much ageism and jugement going on and so contrary (IMO) to the spirit that Adam is gushing from his very being in these videos - acceptance and fun. Sometimes, according to tweets I see, I'd swear people may not got to M&Gs unless they: * Are younger than Selena (though if you look like Rihanna, or Chace Crawford, you MIGHT get a pass) * Must be styled by Versace (or equivalent) * Must not speak, react, squee, cheer or respond to a direct question from Adam or the DJ (polite chuckles are permissible if Adam makes a joke, but please keep to a minimum ...) If some ninja you are unaware of is recording, there is still no excuse * If you are a young male with 18-34 tattooed on your forehead with wads of cash falling out of your pockets and a T-shirt that says, "I BUY WHAT I'M TOLD." that is also a bonus  /vent |

I will confess that initially I had the same reaction, which was a semi-hysterical "WOULD YOU KINDLY STFU WHEN BB IS SPEAKING WORDS" but then I realized that if I were there, I would also be doing the frantic uber fan head nod, bouncing up and down spasmodically, and Bert AMENing, "Yes, lawd, oh yes, you should have won!" and probably being...much worse. So I have to STFU, as it were. HOWEVER. When BB is SINGING???? I reserve the right to go all Birdcage when someone makes a noise, "YOU CAN'T CHEW GUM WHILE HE IS SINGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I view this as a constructive and mature compromise. ;D |

Enjoyed the hell out of those promo clips today. BTIKM just gets better and betterer....what a musician!
....and I've got to say that opinions aside, you guys crack me up! Mika's "braying woman" and ...well everything noreaster writes! LOL!!
Aside from that - Do we think that Adam will sing a new single on the NewNowNext awards? *crosses fingers*
Now I must take buder's lead and get out in that sunshine! :D

I wouldn't use the term braying, thats a little harsh, lol. But, I agree her interacting" went to the point of interfering with the interview. Some people get over excited in the presence of their idols I guess.  |
