Wow I'm really liking loving the feel and sound of Chokehold.. the little instrumental part after he sings "Bringing it on back...". Not sure which instrument it is.. guitar or keys?

Why me specifically? Cause I'm from the UK? Maybe that's not what you meant but it's a good point, if he releases it here I think it'll be a smash! This kind of music is thriving over here  I think the East will love those songs too, they remind me those Huge POP songs in Asian around the 80's/90's.  The songs do not sound very American (I mean the current hit) . Am I right??? ETA: Chokehold is very sexy also remind me when he sang Acoustic WLL . |

UK!!!!! If you love it, I'm hoping UK will love it!!! ;D My boyfriend loves it, my almost-converted-to-a-Glambert friend loves it, my granny loves it, I'm sure the people on public transport today will love it... @ Iceish, I think they're a good mix of American and British sounds. Cuckoo sounds to me like Jessie J meets Maroon 5, Chokehold is like Duran Duran meets 90s American boybands. jmo |

I'm LOVING Chokehold -- has a bit of a Duran Duran feel to it but funkier. Very stylish and sophisticated pop -- beautiful song! YES!! There's something about it that is familiar yet new at the same time!! I really really like it... even with the ghastly sound! I can really see Adam changing this song up during live performances... drawing it out... making it almost more bluesy... Now I'M DYING TO HEAR SHADY!!! |
