Finnish friends (and, of course, others), I have not managed to translate the chokehold-word in Finnish. I guess that maybe it means something -tunteiden pidättämistä/tukahduttamista-. Can you explain what that word means ???....?

Just checking in. Still recovering from last Thursday and my feet are not quite on the ground yet. Misha, great video. The sound came out OK. Now if that clapper just moved away. I was right next to the clapper and Adam came over and held her hand for a very long time in one of his songs. I saw her tweet later and asking Adam to marry him, LOL. She was with two guys (one whose head also keeps getting in Misha's view) and the other guy was the one who asked to buy the sweaty towel from me. |

You CAN say it myspenser and I completely agree. I like it better too! The beginning may be a little OTT for radio (IDK) but the rest would be perfect for CHR! Too late now alas.
I'm repeating what I said in yesterday's thread - I loved his look at the Jezebel concert. Completely classy and still VERY MUCH sexy.
Question - I see a lot of love for Chokehold here & I love it too. But somehow I don't see it as a Top 40 radio smash. It's hard to judge not having heard the studio version but it just seems too slow & dark to me. For radio I mean - I do love the song. Am I wrong?

But of course I know nothing I agree! My viewpoint is that if they wanted an HAC song to reintroduce Adam back to the non stanning public, then why didn't they choose Chokehold. It is beautiful, showcases Adam's voice, and is very hookey! I also think it would have had a great chance of crossing over to CHR. |
